Pharmachologic effect of Amoxicillin:
Bactericidal (kills bacteria) Amoxicillin is an antibiotic from the group of semisynthetic penicillins. It has a wide range of actions, including gram-positive and gram-negative cocci, some gram-negative bacillus (Escherichia coli, Shigella, Salmonella, Klebsiella). For drug resistant microorganisms that produce penicillinase (enzyme that destroys penicillin). The drug is acid in the intestine, it is absorbed rapidly and almost completely.

Indications for use of Amoxicillin:
Bacterial infections: bronchitis (inflammation of the bronchi), pneumonia (lung inflammation), sore throat, pyelonephritis (inflammation of the kidney tissue and renal pelvis), urethritis (inflammation of the urethra), kolienterit (inflammation of the small intestine caused by Escherichia coli), gonorrhea, etc.

Mode of use:
Doses are set individually, taking into account the severity of infection and susceptibility. For adults and children over 10 years (with a body weight over 40 kg), the drug is prescribed to 0.5g 3 times per day, in severe infections during the dose it may be increased up to 1.0g 3 times per day. Children aged 5-10 years appoint 0.25g three times per day. Children aged 2 to 5 years appoint 0,125g 3 times per day. Contraindications:
